Return and Refund Policy:

All sales are final. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. Approved returns/exchanges result in STORE CREDIT ONLY.

We want you to love and bond with your Leymen Bracelets. If unsatisfied, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery for store credit options. Email hello@leymenjewels.com before mailing returns, including your order number and reason. Failure to follow this voids eligibility.

Store credit (valid 12 months from issuance) covers the product price only – excludes original shipping, fees, and taxes.

You bear ALL return/exchange costs: shipping, duties, customs, and taxes. Leymen Jewels reimburses nothing.

Key Conditions

● Sizing: Custom-made per your wrist measurements.

● Returns: Unworn, unaltered, original packaging/tags, proof of purchase attached.

● Natural Materials: All crystals are natural – variations in color, pattern, and shape are inherent and do not constitute defects.

● Defects: We reserve the right to refuse claims. Verified manufacturing defects qualify for exchange of a new identical item (if available) or store credit.

Exchanges (different designs) must meet all above terms and occur within 7 days.

Refused deliveries/unpaid duties: No store credit or exchanges.

Sale items: Final sale – defects only qualify for exchange/store credit.

Leymen Jewels may refuse returns violating policy or arriving damaged. Ineligible items won’t be returned.
